1. การวิเคราะห์ตลาด
• ศึกษาตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์และแนวโน้มทางเศรษฐกิจที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประเมินโอกาสและความเสี่ยงในการลงทุนโครงการใหม่ ๆ
• วิเคราะห์คู่แข่งและความต้องการของกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมาย
2. การจัดทำแผนกลยุทธ์
• วางแผนกลยุทธ์การพัฒนาโครงการใหม่ โดยพิจารณาจากข้อมูลตลาดและการเงิน
• เสนอแผนการลงทุนในโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ใหม่และขยายพอร์ตโฟลิโอของบริษัท
• ประสานงานกับผู้บริหารและทีมงานในการพัฒนาแผนธุรกิจ
3. การสร้างพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ
• เจรจาซื้อขายที่ดินหรือสินทรัพย์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการ
• สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ
• หาโอกาสในการร่วมมือกับองค์กรที่สามารถสนับสนุนโครงการพัฒนาธุรกิจ
4. การจัดการและการบริหารโครงการ
• ดูแลและประสานการดำเนินงานโครงการพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ให้เป็นไปตามแผน
• ตรวจสอบความคืบหน้าของโครงการและปรับปรุงแผนงานเมื่อจำเป็น
5. การเงินและการวิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทน
• วิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและการลงทุนในโครงการ เพื่อประเมินความคุ้มค่า
• ดูแลงบประมาณและรายงานทางการเงินของโครงการ
• คำนวณผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุน
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ ,อสังหาริมทรัพย์ , การตลาด หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน อสังหาริมทรัพย์ ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- อายุ 35 ปี ขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดเพศ
